• Purchasing both a General and a VIP ticket at the same time may result in your order being cancelled.

• Entry Time: VIP from 12:00 / General from 12:30
• Entry proceeds in the order guests line up on-site; VIP ticket holders enter first through a separate priority queue.
• If reserved ticket sales reach capacity, no tickets will be sold at the door on the day of the event.
• Ticket Collection: Identity verification at the venue on the day of the show (please bring your booking confirmation screen and photo ID).

Autograph Session

• The autograph session takes place from 18:00, after the show ends.
• Each autograph voucher lets you receive the signature of 1 participating artist; all participating artists will be available.
• Autograph vouchers included as a VIP perk receive priority for signatures.
• Additional vouchers can be obtained by purchasing event/artist merchandise sold at a later date.
• Holding a voucher does not guarantee a signature; the autograph session may be discontinued at the organizer's discretion.

Booking Precautions

• You may be asked to present ID matching the name on your booking upon entry.
• Tickets for this show cannot be transferred or resold. Only the original purchaser may enter; transferred tickets may be denied entry.
• If unauthorized reselling (scalping) is confirmed, the booking will be cancelled and entry may be refused.
• After ticketing (payment) is complete, cancellations are only possible under the refund policy below.

Entry and Re-entry

• This is a standing show with no seating; entry proceeds in line order upon arrival.
• Wristbands are distributed upon entry. Re-entry is only possible while wearing the wristband — please keep it on until the show ends, as a lost or damaged wristband may restrict re-entry.
• Outside food and drink are not permitted.
• Lockers are operated by the venue (Rolling Hall) and are limited in number, so availability may be restricted and large items may be hard to store. Please bring minimal belongings.
• If you have a fever or are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending.
• Anyone who threatens others or disrupts the show may be removed.
• Please cooperate with staff and safety personnel.
• The day's running order/schedule is subject to change.

Photography

• Photography with mobile phones/smartphones is allowed inside the venue.
• Photography or recording with professional equipment (cameras, camcorders, etc.) other than phones, as well as audio recording devices, is prohibited.
• Flash photography is prohibited unless permitted by the performers.
• Live streaming inside the venue is prohibited.
• Please be considerate of other audience members while taking photos.

Prohibited Items/Conduct

• Photography equipment other than phones/smartphones, recording devices, outside food and drink, items producing loud noise, and anything else staff deem dangerous may not be brought in.
• Excessive approaching/flirting ("hunting") or any behavior that inconveniences other audience members is prohibited.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Through Thursday, October 22, 2026: Full refund
• October 23 – November 7, 2026: Refund after deducting 30% of ticket price
• From Saturday, November 8, 2026: No cancellations or refunds
• Booking platform payment fees may apply separately.
• If the show is cancelled due to circumstances on the organizer's part, a full refund will be issued.

Notes

• Show content, performer lineup, and running order are subject to change due to organizer circumstances.
• The organizer is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
• Failure to comply with the above notices may result in a warning or removal, with no refund issued.
• The above notices and prohibited items are subject to change without notice depending on circumstances.

予約時の注意事項

• 入場時、ご予約者様のお名前と一致する身分証の提示をお願いする場合があります。
• 本公演のチケットは譲渡および転売不可です。予約者ご本人のみご入場いただけ、他人に譲渡されたチケットは入場が制限される場合があります。
• 高額転売等の不正取引が確認された場合、予約がキャンセルされ入場をお断りする場合があります。
• 発券（決済）完了後は、下記の払い戻し規定に従ってのみキャンセルが可能です。

入場・再入場案内

• スタンディング公演のため座席はなく、入場は会場到着後、並んだ順番に行われます。
• 入場時にリストバンドをお配りします。再入場はリストバンドを着用している場合のみ可能です。紛失・破損された場合は再入場が制限される場合がありますので、公演終了まで着用をお願いいたします。
• 外部からの飲食物の持ち込みは禁止です。
• ロッカーは会場（ローリングホール）にて運営しておりますが数に限りがあるため、ご利用が制限されたり大きな荷物の保管が難しい場合があります。お荷物は最小限でお越しください。
• 発熱がある方、体調がすぐれない方はご来場をお控えください。
• 他者に危害を加える、または公演進行を妨害する行為があった場合、退場となることがあります。
• 安全のためスタッフおよび警備員の案内にご協力ください。
• 当日の進行順（スケジュール）は変更となる場合があります。

撮影案内

• 会場内では携帯電話・スマートフォンを使用した撮影が可能です。
• 携帯電話・スマートフォン以外の専門撮影機材（カメラ、ビデオカメラなど）および録音機器を使用した撮影は禁止です。
• フラッシュを使用した撮影は、出演者からの案内がある場合を除き禁止です。
• 会場内でのライブ配信は禁止です。
• 撮影の際は他のお客様のご迷惑にならないようご配慮ください。

禁止事項

• 携帯電話・スマートフォン以外の撮影機材、録音機器、外部からの飲食物、大きな騒音が発生する物品、その他スタッフが危険と判断した物品の持ち込みは禁止です。
• 過度な声掛け、ナンパなど他のお客様にご迷惑をおかけする行為は禁止です。

キャンセル・払い戻し規定

• 2026年10月22日（木）まで: 全額払い戻し
• 2026年10月23日～11月7日: チケット代金の30%を差し引いた金額を払い戻し
• 2026年11月8日（土）以降: キャンセルおよび払い戻し不可
• 予約サイトの決済手数料が別途発生する場合があります。
• 主催者側の事情により公演が中止となった場合は全額払い戻しいたします。

留意事項

• 公演内容、出演ラインナップ、進行順は主催者側の事情により変更となる場合があります。
• 個人の持ち物の紛失について主催者は責任を負いません。
• 注意事項を守られない場合、警告・退場処置となることがあり、その際の払い戻しはできません。
• 上記注意事項および禁止事項は状況により予告なく変更となる場合があります。
