Ticket Information

Ticket Types: VIP / General Admission

Each person may purchase only one ticket, either a VIP ticket or a General Admission ticket.
Please note that purchasing both a General Admission ticket and a VIP ticket in the same transaction may result in the cancellation of your purchase.

Each ticket admits one person only.

Admission Times:

• Pre-Party: 3:30 PM (VIP and General Admission)

• Main Party: 3:30 PM (VIP) / 3:45 PM (General Admission)

Admission will proceed in the order of the queue. Any queues formed before 3:00 PM will not be recognized. Only queues formed at or after 3:00 PM will be considered valid.

If the ticket allocation reaches its designated limit, no tickets will be available for purchase at the venue on the day of the event.

Pre-Party tickets will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to Main Party ticket purchasers. Once all Pre-Party tickets have sold out, subsequent purchasers will only receive Main Party tickets.

Ticket Collection: Admission will take place at the venue on the day of the event after verification of the ticket purchaser's identity. Please bring your ticket purchase confirmation screen and a valid form of identification or passport.

Important Information Regarding Ticket Purchases

You may be asked to present a valid form of identification or passport bearing the same name as the ticket purchaser when entering the venue.

Tickets for this event are non-transferable and may not be resold. Only the original ticket purchaser is permitted to enter. Admission may be denied if a ticket has been transferred to another person.

If unauthorized transactions, including resale at inflated prices, are identified, the ticket purchase may be canceled and admission may be denied.

If a ticket is found to have been purchased by a person under the age of 15, the purchase will be canceled and admission will be denied. Please note that no refund will be issued if a person under the age of 15 is found to be attending on the day of the event.

Once ticket issuance and payment have been completed, cancellations are only permitted in accordance with the refund policy outlined below.

If a Main Party ticket is canceled, any Pre-Party ticket allocated on a first-come, first-served basis will also be canceled automatically.

Admission and Re-Entry Information

This is a standing-only event with no seating available. Admission will proceed in the order of the queue on the day of the event.

Admission wristbands will be distributed upon entry. Re-entry is permitted only while wearing the admission wristband.

Please keep your wristband on until the event has ended. Re-entry may be denied if your wristband is lost or damaged.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

The venue will not provide a cloakroom or luggage storage service. Please consider using the coin lockers located at nearby subway stations: Sinchon Station (Line 2), Ewha Womans University Station (Line 2), or Sogang University Station (Gyeongui–Jungang Line).

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of coin lockers at these stations. We recommend contacting the respective station in advance for further information.

Any behavior that threatens the safety of others or disrupts the event may result in removal from the venue.

For everyone's safety, please follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel on the day of the event.

Please note that the event schedule and running order are subject to change.

Photography and Recording Policy

Photography and video recording using mobile phones and smartphones are permitted inside the venue, provided that each recording is approximately one minute or less.

Photography and recording using professional equipment other than mobile phones and smartphones, including cameras and camcorders, as well as audio recording devices, are strictly prohibited.

Flash photography is prohibited unless otherwise permitted by the performing artists.

Live streaming from inside the venue and uploading videos exceeding two minutes to social media platforms, including YouTube and Instagram, are strictly prohibited.

Please be considerate of other audience members and ensure that your photography or recording does not disturb those around you.

Intentionally filming other audience members or event staff may result in removal from the venue.

Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following items are prohibited inside the venue:

• Photography or video recording equipment other than mobile phones and smartphones

• Audio recording devices

• Outside food and beverages

• Items that produce excessive noise

• Any other items deemed hazardous by event staff

Excessive or persistent attempts to approach or talk to other audience members, soliciting romantic or sexual encounters, and any other behavior that causes discomfort or inconvenience to others are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Until November 6, 2026 (Friday): Full refund

• November 7 – December 4, 2026: Refund after deduction of 50% of the ticket price

• From December 5, 2026 (Saturday) onward: No cancellations or refunds

Additional ticketing or payment processing fees may apply.

If the event is canceled due to circumstances attributable to the organizers, a full refund will be issued.

Additional Information

The event content, performing lineup, and running order are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.

The organizers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Failure to comply with the rules and guidelines outlined above may result in a warning or removal from the venue. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

The guidelines and prohibited items listed above may be revised without prior notice, depending on the circumstances.
